Campiello dell'Arsenale (Venice)

Architectural complex that originates in the early 13th century, subsequently enlarged and enriched by additional factories in continuously until the early decades of the twentieth century. It consists of water mirrors, open spaces, structures, buildings, furnishings of considerable historic and artistic value, and environmental documentary. All items are strongly related to Venetian tradition and configure an organic and unitary environment to be considered so integral and inseparable. In particular, we report for the fundamental value: le Corderie della Tana; the Gaggiandre; the workshops of the artillery; the building of Squadratori; the Hospital Bucintoro; the portals of the artillery and weapons; the Docks; the monumental entrance to the arsenal Camp.
